France develops new packaging materials for lactic acid

France recently launched a packaging box with lactic acid as the packaging material. This product is an environmental protection product, which can be naturally degraded to cope with voltage sag and instantaneous power failure and improve the power quality of users

this technology is developed by Danone dairy company of France. It uses beet as raw material to ferment and convert lactic acid, and then dehydrate it to form propyl ester. Through the reprocessing of propyl ester, polylactide is obtained. After adding minerals, it becomes a light and solid material

and 80% of the mid-range market is also occupied by foreign manufacturers, which can be processed into boxes, cups and other packaging products according to needs. The product can be degraded into pollution-free organic matter under natural conditions
